Application Process

Online applications

All applications must be lodged online through the Australia Awards website.  Start filling out the application form by answering some eligibility questions. You will be directed to the application form once you have completed the assessment. If you are using a PWD having difficulty using a screen reader to fill out the application, get in touch with our helpdesk@ttp.domains for alternative ways to fill out the form.

Re-Entry Action Plan (REAP)

Applicants are required to submit a REAP as part of the application process, and implement these in their workplace or proposed area upon return.

The REAP outlines a project where the newly acquired knowledge and skills will be used to contribute to development in the Philippines.

REAP implementation is closely monitored and evaluated.

Supporting documents

Applicants must fill out the online application form together with all the relevant supporting documents listed in the Australia Awards Philippines website, including:

  • Affidavit of citizenship and residency (A notarised affidavit indicating that you are a Filipino citizen and that you have been residing in the Philippines for the the last 12 months upon application. View Sample Download Affidavit Template)
  • Certification of the Grade Point Average/General Weighted Average (Secured from the academic institution where you earned your highest completed degree, the certificate must indicate the details of your course including your General Weighted Average (GWA) or Grade Point Average (GPA)) View Sample

For applicants from the Philippines Government applying under the targeted category:

  • Certificate of no scholarship obligation
  • Letter from the head of the agency endorsing the scholarship application which have passed the agency’s scholarship committee
  • Certificate of no pending case signed by the Human Resource Manager (or relevant officer)
  • Clearance from the Office of the Ombudsman certifying that the applicant has no pending criminal and/or administrative case.
