It was mentioned in the prebid conference that the courses are expected to have 30-35 participants. Is this the same for the succession planning? As stated in the TOR, the course is expected to have a total of 20 participants per component. Kindly clarify. Thank you.

The 20 participants referred to in the Succession Planning presentation refers to the HR Technical officers participants in the technical 'how to' component of the course. The other components relating to strategic level succession planning for senior executives and the train the trainer component for CSC and CSI officers raises the total number to be trained to 30 to 35 participants in total.
