Help Us Save One of the Rarest Eagles in the World

The Philippine Eagle is one of the rarest eagles in the world and can only be seen in the four islands of the Philippines – Luzon, Samar, Leyte, and Mindanao. With 400 breeding pairs remaining, protecting each of the surviving couples and their young is a pressing matter.

Australia Global Alumni, in a bid to raise awareness in the current situation of our national bird, collaborates with Philippine Eagle Foundation and SM Supermalls for an exclusive screening of Bird of Prey, a documentary that follows a Philippine Eagle family in the wild and how they raise their young.

The film was shot by Emmy-Award winning cinematographer Neil Rettig. It was produced by New York’s Cornell Lab of Ornithology where it explores the complexities of protecting this critically endangered species and what it will take to save it.

Join us on November 28, 2019 at Cinema 2, SM Aura Premier in Taguig City. The event opens at 6:00 PM with complimentary cocktails in the IMAX Theatre Lobby. For ticket reservations, visit
