What are the requirements?

  1. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    A CV template is included in the online application form.
  2. Affidavit of citizenship and residency
    A notarized affidavit indicating that you are a Filipino citizen and that you have been residing in the Philippines for at least 12 months upon application.
  3. Re-Entry Action Plan (REAP)
    A re-entry action plan outlines how you intend to use the competencies you acquire in Australia to contribute to the development of the Philippines.

  4. Graduation Certificate (with GWA/GPA indicated)
    Secured from the academic institution where you earned your highest completed degree, the certificate must indicate the details of your course including your General Weighted Average or Grade Point Average.
