Collection of Tenders

The AAAEP procurement system guides the tendering, awarding and contracting process to ensure the most appropriate proposal is selected.

Implementation of various activities complies with the commercial tendering process. Interested providers are invited to submit their proposal via the AAAEP's online tendering portal

Bids submitted within the tendering period are evaluated following Government of Australian Tender Guidelines. AAAEP convenes an ad-hoc committee that will assess the tenders using a detailed and specific evaluation criteria.  The committee is known as the Technical Assessment Panel (TAP).
