Hi! We just want to double-check.

Is there any particular requirements in terms of a bidder's company ownership? The bidding is not limited to 100% Filipino-owned companies, right?

Thank you.

There is no requirement regarding company registration. Any Australian or Philippine learning service provider may bid for the course.

Hi! We would like to ask if you have your own Learning Management System (LMS) that we will use for the entire course duration?

Also, are we to include in the bid the pre-course assessment already?

Thank you!

No. Australia Awards does not have its own learning management system. Learning Service Providers are to use their own systems. The pre- and post-course competency assessment instruments are to be provided by the contracted tenderer, not as part of the bid documents.

Hi again! For the statutory declaration, there is a part which needs to be notarized but we suppose it should be notarized in Australia, what should we put in the space that says "Before me,
Insert the name and the title of the person before whom the declaration is made "

For Philippine Learning Service Providers, notarisation should be done according to local procedures. They are not required to have it notarised before an Australian Justice of the Peace.
