Tender Notice - Strategic Communications Workshops

The Program is seeking to contract a LSP to deliver short courses on Strategic Communication, one for the Civil Service Commission, which is to be delivered in two parts, one for the Directors and above in the CSC’s Central Office and a second for its Regional Directors. A third workshop will be delivered as a cross-agency workshop for the remaining 10 partner agencies. Officers from the respective agencies’ Public Affairs and Information Offices will be targetted as participants for the workshops in their role in communications with external stakeholders and clients. Subject to the outcomes of consultations with the CSC and participating agencies, the short course should be from three to five days in duration with coaching support provided thereafter aimed at producing an agency Strategic Communications Strategy as a group REAP for each participating agency. The course should be contextualised to the Philippine environment through a partnership with a local provider and/or local coaches

Tetra Tech International Development (TetraTech) as the managing contractor of Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program – Philippines (AAAEP-P) of the Australian Embassy, is seeking tenders from providers/suppliers to provide the services outlined in the Terms of Reference.
