The general objective of the study is to understand and document how the alumni of Australia Awards Scholarships, short courses and in-country scholarships were able to use the acquired knowledge and skills; contribute to development goals, GEDSI, COVID-19 response, and Aid Investment Plan and to the Australia’s Partnerships for Recovery: Australia’s COVID-19 Development Response; build networks and relationships; and contribute to improvement of local universities. The study also wants to determine the number of influential alumni and the number of alumni who have been promoted or recognised because of their initiatives or use of skills and knowledge.

Coffey International Development (Coffey) as the managing contractor of Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program – Philippines (AAAEP-P) of the Australian Embassy is seeking tenders from Service Providers to provide the services outlined in the Terms of Reference.

Please note the following when preparing your proposal for online submission:
