Tender Notice - DPWH - Workplace Coaching and Mentoring Short Course

To provide nominated senior DPWH managers with the skills and knowledge to successfully provide workplace coaching and mentoring to their staff in the context of the CSC’s SPMS and PRIME-HRM systems. The course will also include a train the trainer component for HR staff to ensure a sustainable approach to competency development in workplace coaching and mentoring.

Coffey International Development (Coffey) as the managing contractor of Australia Awards and Alumni Engagement Program – Philippines (AAAEP-P) of the Australian Embassy is seeking tenders from Service Providers to provide the services outlined in the Terms of Reference.

Please note the following when preparing your proposal for online submission:
