Course Description
This course is a 12 week online course delivered by Queensland University of Technology to the Department of Budget and Management and budget agencies comprising eight modules:- Context and Overview of BPM, 3-7 August
- Process Identification, 10-14 August
- Process Discovery, 24 August – 4 September
- Process Analysis, 7-11 September
- Process Redesign, 14-25 September
- Process Execution, Implementation, and Monitoring & Controlling, 28-30 September
- Business Continuity Planning, 1-2 October
- Consolidating the Process Redesigns Specifications and Recommendations, 5-9 October

The course included participants from the Department of Finance, Commission on Audit, Department of Public Works and Highways and the Bureau of Treasury. These organisations are expected to assist the Department of Budget and Management in the pilot roll out to advance the Reengineering of Integrated Financial Management Systems of the program of the DBM.
